Where we ship

We ship within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

Cost

Standard shipping within the United States is free on every order.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding
US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery time

Most US orders arrive 3 to 6 business days after you place them: 1 business day for us
to dispatch, then 2 to 5 business days in transit. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When your order ships, you get an email with your tracking number. You can also contact
us any time with your order number for an update.

Signature and high value orders

For your protection, some orders may require a signature on delivery.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, check with neighbors and
your building's mail room, then contact us within 7 days. We will open a claim with the
carrier and help you through it. If a package is lost in transit, we will replace it or
refund you once the carrier confirms the loss.

Wrong address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact
us right away. We can update the address only before the order ships.
