14-day returns

You have 14 days from delivery to send them back, opened or not.

Return shipping

If you simply changed your mind you cover the return postage. If we got it wrong, we cover it.

Inspection and refunds

Every return is inspected and matched against the serial number we recorded when your order shipped.

If a return fails inspection (for example, the serial number does not match, or the item is not the product we sold), no refund is issued and the item is shipped back to you.

If parts or accessories are missing, or the item has damage that was not there when it shipped, the return is not refused. We email you what is missing or damaged and the amount we have to deduct, and refund the rest. If you would rather have the item back instead of the reduced refund, tell us and we send it back to you at your cost.
