What we sell, and who we are not

CourtSound is an independent retailer. We sell new, factory-sealed consumer audio
products sourced through authorised channels.

We are not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or a partner of Apple Inc.,
Samsung Electronics, or any other manufacturer whose products we resell. AirPods,
AirPods Pro, AirPods Max and Apple are trademarks of Apple Inc. Galaxy and Galaxy Buds
are trademarks of Samsung Electronics. All product names, logos and brands are the
property of their respective owners, and are used here only to identify the products we
sell. Their use does not imply any endorsement or commercial relationship.

Payments

Payments are processed by Shopify. Card details are handled by Shopify and are never
received or stored by CourtSound.

Content and pricing

We take care to describe products and prices accurately. Specifications quoted are taken
from the manufacturer's published technical specifications. Comparison prices shown as
"retail price" refer to the manufacturer's or a major retailer's listed price at the date
stated on the product page; prices change, so please check before you buy. We reserve the
right to correct errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by a pricing error.

Disputes

If something has gone wrong with an order, email contact@courtsound.com first. We resolve
most problems faster than a formal dispute can. Nothing in this notice limits any rights
you have under applicable consumer law.
