Sealed when it leaves us
Brand new in its original, factory-sealed packaging. We do not sell used, refurbished, or open-box products.
Your serial number is written down
We record the serial number shown on the packaging before dispatch, so we can match your order and any return.
14 days to change your mind
Opened or not. If you just changed your mind you cover the return postage; if we got it wrong, we do. We email tracking when your order ships.
A real business, a real inbox
A registered New York company, payments handled by Shopify so we never see your card, and an email that a person answers.
