Do these need ear tips?
It depends on the pair. AirPods 4 and AirPods 3rd Generation use an open-ear design that rests in your ear, so there is nothing to size or swap. AirPods Pro 2, AirPods Pro 3 and the Galaxy Buds seal your ear with a silicone tip, which is what lets them cancel much more noise.
Are these brand new?
Yes. Every pair is brand new and factory sealed, and we record the serial number before it ships. We do not sell used, refurbished or open-box products.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every pair carries the manufacturer's limited warranty, and because the box is sealed and unregistered the warranty starts with you. Keep your CourtSound order confirmation as proof of purchase, and if you ever need to use it, message us and we will help.
How do the AirPods 4 compare to the AirPods Pro 2?
The Pro 2 seals your ear with a silicone tip, so it cancels far more noise and is the better pair for flights and trains. The AirPods 4 sit open in the ear, which most people find more comfortable for long stretches and safer on a run or a bike. Same H2 chip in both.
Do they work with Android?
Yes, as Bluetooth earbuds for music and calls. Setup shortcuts, Find My and software updates need an Apple device.
How long does the battery last?
It varies by model and every figure we quote comes from the manufacturer's published specs, listed on each product page. As an example, AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation give up to 4 hours with noise cancelling on, 5 hours with it off, and up to 20 hours in total with the case.
What does shipping cost, and how long does it take?
Standard shipping within the United States is free. Orders leave within 1 business day, and most arrive 3 to 6 business days after you place them. You get a tracking number by email as soon as one exists.
What if they are not for me?
You have 14 days from delivery to send them back, opened or not. If you simply changed your mind you cover the return postage. If we got it wrong, we cover it. Every return is inspected and matched against the serial number we recorded when your order shipped.
