These Terms of Service govern your use of courtsound.com and purchases from CourtSound. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
About us and our products
CourtSound is an independent retailer. We sell only new, factory sealed products. All product names, logos, and brands belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell. Using them does not mean those companies endorse or partner with CourtSound.
Orders
- All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
- We may cancel an order (and fully refund it) if an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurs, or we suspect fraud.
- Placing an order means you are at least 18 years old or have a parent or guardian's permission.
- Purchases are for personal use. We may limit or cancel orders that appear to be for resale.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax may be added where required. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
Shipping, returns, and refunds

Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty. Apart from that warranty and what the law requires, products are sold "as is" and we make no other warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, CourtSound is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
Use of our website
Do not misuse the site, try to break its security, or copy its content without permission. All site content, including text, design, and images not owned by others, belongs to CourtSound.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where CourtSound is based, without regard to conflict of law rules.

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed.
