Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Cost
Standard shipping is free on every order.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery time
Standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
When your order ships, you get an email with your tracking number. You can also contact us any time with your order number for an update.
Signature and high value orders
For your protection, some orders may require a signature on delivery.
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, check with neighbors and your building's mail room, then contact us within 7 days. We will open a claim with the carrier and help you through it. If a package is lost in transit, we will replace it or refund you once the carrier confirms the loss.
Wrong address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away. We can update the address only before the order ships.
